SHIPMENT DAYS

We ship on Mondays only.

Example: If your order is placed on Tuesday, it will ship in 6 days on the following Monday.

IN-STORE PICKUP

AmazCakes In a Jar can be picked up on Mondays between 12 PM and 12:30 PM. Your order must be picked up by close of business on Tuesday. Due to the nature of the product, if your order is not picked up by the close of business on Tuesday, your order will be canceled and the payment with be forfeited.

IMPORTANT - AmazCakes In A Jar is shipped frozen to ensure the highest level of quality upon receipt. AmazCakes In A Jar should be immediately placed in a refrigerator or freezer until ready to consume. If placed in freezer, when ready to consume, place in refrigerator to thaw and consume within 48 hours upon unthawing. Product is served best at Room Temp!

AmazCakes In A Jar can last up to 10 days with refrigeration

AmazCakes In A Jar can last up to 3 months in a freezer/if kept frozen.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Should their be an issue with your order please contact us immediately and provide:

Your order number
Photos that clearly show the product
A detailed description of the issue

Item Not Received

We are not responsible for the delivery/shipment of the product after it has been shipped. Please contact the shipper for any shipment and/or delivery issues.
